Your responsibilities as a Receptionist:

  • You are the first point of contact for our guests, and you answer all their questions with a smile, both in person, by phone, or by email.
  • You prepare all the necessary administration related to the arrival and departure of guests.
  • You are responsible for providing excellent service to hotel guests.
  • You welcome all guests, perform a professional check-in, and provide accurate information regarding the hotel’s services.
  • You prepare invoices and arrange payments at check-out.
  • You organize transport for hotel guests: taxis, hotel shuttles, etc.
  • You handle complaints and continuously pay attention to guest needs.
  • You take reservations, manage cancellations, and handle no-shows.
  • You are responsible for all cash handling.
  • You stay up-to-date with the hotel’s current promotions and pricing to provide accurate information to guests at all times.
  • You report all technical issues to the Technical Services department.
  • You ensure all tasks on the daily checklist are completed.
  • You handle information discreetly.
  • You remain observant of incoming and outgoing guests.
  • You report any suspicious behavior from walk-ins or guests to the supervisor or management.
  • You act as the first point of contact for guests and emergency services in case of emergencies.

Job requirements

What is your profile?

We are looking for a welcoming and positive employee with a passion for hospitality.
Being a team player, stress-resistant, and not having a nine-to-five mentality are important.
Good communication skills and language proficiency (NL – FR – ENG) are necessary.
Experience is a plus.
Part-time contract: 4/5 negotiable.
